This used to be a GREAT app. It had an easy-to-use interface, you could see the week ahead ads and add things to your list so that you can keep track of them in the store, and it was a separate interface than the website so it was easy to use and you could link it to your instacart. The new version is horrendous, you can only see the current week which means you have no idea what's going to be in the store and you can't plan ahead, it looks clunky and awkward and identical to the website

App doesn't show accurate availability of items. Out of 19 items that showed as available, eight were actually not available. It's a guessing game until your order arrives minus a lot of things or you drive all the way to the store for your lesson in futility and disappointment. My other two grocery store apps are nowhere near this inaccurate.

I haven't been able to adjust the tip amount AFTER delivery. That is a HUGE negative for me. Some shoppers don't pay attention to, for example, produce quality. Other shoppers do, and they bag cold or frozen items appropriately. Then I reward them with an extra tip. This isn't possible on this site, and it's a big disadvantage. Not for me, but for YOUR shoppers.
