Had to change my rating back to 5 stars, app now works perfectly. It was very glitchy for awhile and wouldn't allow me to run scans or use any of the functionality of the app, even after clearing the cache, uninstalling and re-installing, rebooting my phone, etc. Not sure how/ why it started working properly again, but it's been functioning perfectly for quite awhile and I'm very happy with it.

So far, so good. I like that you know the app is running from seeing the icon on your screen. It's also nice that the icon gives information, such as memory in use, and it will show you the remaining uptime, if your battery time is low. And, the icon also serves as a place to access options, such as running a scan. McAfee is renowned for being a solid antivirus solution, so that's a further feather in its cap, as far as being a trustworthy source for antivirus on your phone.

No way to exclude files or folders from scans. The screen has buttons for Keep and Remove in scan results. Keep doesn't work. It says I can't keep the file. Tech support told me to click Fix and I would get an option to ignore the file. That didn't happen. It just deleted the file. She said I could just Google it and download the file again. The file is no longer available online and since you can't set exclusions in the scans, it would just delete it again anyway.
