Scooter's Coffee

I love everything about Scooter's coffee! This app just makes the ordering experience a little smoother. But on that note, I believe it would be helpful if when choosing a milk alternative, there was an option afterward to choose "whip or no whip". Since this changes the preparation approach, it would be most beneficial to have that option selected already in the app. Beyond that, I love the perks program, the coffee, the service it's all great!

Overall this app has been easy to use. No complaints about the overall and straightforward experience each time I've used it. The one option I would suggest adding to the order ahead feature is a half flavor option for syrups. I ask the associate/barista to adjust it when I tell them I've ordered ahead, but it would simplify the process for those who want just a touch of flavor in the drinks.

app was great until they changed their rewards program, making it much more difficult to earn rewards and making your points worth much less. I now have to earn twice as many points just to get the same free drink I've been getting for over a year. highly disappointed in the greed and especially the way they try to phrase these changes as being something positive for the customer. Definitely a huge let down and will be using scooters much less often
